Amy Hill is the Executive Director of Counseling Services at Hosparus Health. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been with Hosparus Health for a year. She has worked in social services for over 17 years. She started her career working as a clinical social worker in a non-profit agency in Louisville providing mental health treatment to individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. She has also worked as a social worker in a psychiatric emergency room for several years assessing and triaging individuals in psychiatric crisis. Prior to her work with Hosparus Health she was the Clinical Director at a private behavioral health and addiction hospital in Newburgh, Indiana. In her role with Hosparus Health, Amy provides leadership to the counseling disciplines at Hosparus Health, which includes grief counselors, social workers, and chaplains. She recently started the Hosparus Health Patient Family Advisory Council and is passionate about ensuring that patients and families that receive services with Hosparus Health receive the highest quality of care.
