The partners of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP have approved the election of Lindsay Scott as partner in the firm.

Ms. Scott concentrates her practice in transactional and regulatory health care law. She advises health care providers on compliance with state and federal licensure and reimbursement matters and fraud, abuse, and privacy requirements, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act and HIPAA. Ms. Scott has significant experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts for clients in the health care industry. Ms. Scott serves on the board of Bridgehaven Mental Health Services and is a graduate of the Health Enterprises Network 2020 Healthcare Fellows Program. She earned her J.D. from University of North Carolina Law School, and her B.A. magna cum laude from Eastern University.
