Tracy Tanner
Regional Manager of Community Outreach at Hosparus Health
Tracy Tanner joined Hosparus Health in 2013 and serves as the Regional Manager of Community Outreach. In her role, she supervises a team of sales professionals and is responsible for educating healthcare providers and community partners about the exceptional hospice and palliative care the nonprofit organization provides throughout Kentucky and Indiana.
Prior to joining Hosparus Health, Tracy worked in pharmaceutical sales and management, as well as vascular medical implant sales and marketing. Tracy has a passion for working with providers, as well as patients and families, to help break down barriers to serious illness and end of life care.
