LOUISVILLE, KY – A new, four-story medical office building now under construction will add even more amenities to the busy shopping and services hub at Old Brownsboro Crossing.
The McMahan Group, along with lead contractor Messer Construction Co., recently broke ground on the 100,000 SF, four-story facility – the third medical office building at the development. The McMahan Group will lease the space to multiple tenants upon its completion in spring 2018.
The McMahan Group hired TEG Architects, CMTA Engineers, and BTM Engineering to design the project. TEG is an internationally recognized firm focusing on comprehensive facility planning, architecture, visualization and interior design services. Understanding the client’s business, mission, challenges and competitive landscape forms the basis by which TEG delivers its menu of services. The firm specializes in health care, wellness, educational, municipal and commercial facilities.
“Adding another medical office building to Old Brownsboro Crossing underscores the fact that this development is attracting visitors from across the city and beyond for unique shopping, dining and consumer service experiences,” said Rory McMahan, managing partner of the McMahan Group. “We are excited to help meet the expanding health services needs in this community, and we welcome the additional jobs and services to Old Brownsboro Crossing.”…
