Display details:
Display tables will be located in the left wing of the Olmsted. A black table cloth will be provided for each 6 foot display table. All other materials (extension cords, tape, etc.) are the responsibility of the displaying company.
When your application is accepted, you will be assigned a set up time on July 26th.

Event Schedule is as follows:
4:45 pm Doors open to attendees
5:00 – 6:00 pm HEN VIP displays and networking
6:00 – 7:30 pm Program and Q&A
7:30 – 8:30 pm HEN VIP displays and networking
8:30 pm Display breakdown
