Liz Zummach joined Humana in 2011 as a Strategic Consultant in the Employer Group Finance and Operations team. After serving as the Finance Director supporting Sales from 2012 – 2013, Liz moved to the Sales organization to assume a leadership role with Distribution Transformation (DT) that advanced the Group Segment’s pivot from Health Insurance to Health and Wellness. Since the launch of DT, Liz has led a variety of other wide-scale strategic initiatives and serves as the Sales Leadership Chief of Staff to optimize processes and results and drive organization productivity and engagement.

Prior to joining Humana, Liz spent four years on the East Coast working for Johnson and Johnson in a variety of finance roles across their Consumer, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device divisions. Liz lives in Louisville, KY with her husband, Daniel and two daughters, Grace and Emerson.
