Dr. Regina Herzlinger

Back by popular demand, the Health Enterprises Network (HEN) brought Dr. Regina Herzlinger, one of the nation’s most respected healthcare analysts, to Louisville in April. During her address, Dr. Herzlinger touched on hot topics of healthcare policy and the 2013 healthcare landscape. The night prior to the event, Dr. Herzlinger led a small dinner discussion with HEN Board members and event sponsors at The Mayan Café. Dr. Herzlinger is the Nancy R. McPherson Professor of Business Administration Chair at the Harvard Business School. Regularly selected as one of the Modern Healthcare’s 100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare, Dr. Herzlinger was also named one of top ten thinkers by Managed Healthcare. Among her credentials, Dr. Herzlinger has captured many “firsts” including the first woman to be tenured and chaired at Harvard Business School and the first to serve on a number of corporate boards. She is also the author of three best-selling books focusing on consumerism and healthcare.
