The Institute for Sustainable Health & Optimal Aging is excited to announce its second Optimal Aging Conference! This conference brings together academics, health care & social service professionals, and older adults across a variety of disciplines who are united by a belief that aging is an opportunity, not a disease. The Optimal Aging Conference supports the dissemination of biopsychosocial aging research, age-friendly product innovation, and evidenced-based practice and education models, with participation and input from older adults.

This year’s theme “Approaching Aging as a Life-Long Journey” reflects the importance of addressing aging a normal part of living.
